Why are only some rides available to pre purchase?
This year we have introduced a selection of pre-bookable rides. If you wish to go on a ride that is not available for pre purchase, don’t worry – you will be able purchase either ride tokens from our token booths or use your contactless card to tap and ride!
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland but must be on a lead and controlled at ALL TIMES. Dogs are not permitted into any rides or attractions, with exception of certified assistance dogs. Please Note: Hyde Park Winter Wonderland can be very busy and noisy, especially at weekends, and therefore may not be a suitable environment for dogs.
