When travelling to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, customers are advised to plan ahead, check before you travel and leave more time for your journey
Stations nearest to Winter Wonderland are very busy, for a quieter journey please use Bond Street, Victoria and Knightsbridge. For guests with access requirements and those travelling with children, please use Bond Street or Green Park for step free access
Can I use my pre-booked ride ticket on a different day if I am not able to go on the ride during my visit?
No, all ride tickets and tokens must be used for the day they have been bought for.
Can I buy an attraction ticket on the day at the box office?
Yes, there are several box offices at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland where you can buy tickets for all attractions. Please be aware that these are subject to availability, and we strongly advise you to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Please arrive in plenty of time if you choose this option.
To purchase your tickets in advance, see our Book Tickets page. Additionally, for any day throughout the event, if you spend £25 on any of our attractions, rides or games online and in advance of attendance, you will receive a free entrance ticket! This discount will be applied at checkout.
Please note when purchasing attraction tickets, you will also need to purchase an entrance ticket to the event.
