I am an access customer. Can I go on all the rides available to pre-purchase?
Personal Assistant Ride Wristbands are available for all rides, free of charge. Please only select this if you will be accompanying a guest with access requirements on to the rides at Winter Wonderland. Please note, you will need the relevant documentation to support this request, and this will be requested at point of purchase.
This wristband will only be valid with an accompanying ticket holder who must also be the guest you are supporting. Access to these rides is at all times at the discretion of the operator who may use their discretion to determine the suitability of the ride.
Your wristband can be collected from one of our two Info Points onsite.
Although we will always try to be as fully inclusive as we possibly can at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, visitor safety is a priority and certain rides in the event are physically demanding and vigorous. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland therefore reserves the right to refuse admission to any ride or attraction should we feel that there is an unacceptable risk to your safety, or the safety of others should they participate. I am running late for my entrance slot, what do I do?
If you arrive outside of your booked entrance slot, you are not guaranteed entry. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers who arrive after their timed entrance slot, please note this may not always be possible. Please do make yourself known to a member of staff upon arrival and they will do their best to assist you.
I haven’t finished my drink, can I take it out with me?
Unfortunately, you are not permitted to leave the site with alcohol. If you have purchased gift wrapped alcohol from one of our vendors on site and it has not been opened, then this can be taken off site.
