Can I return another day with my entrance ticket?
No. Your entrance ticket to the water park will only be valid for the timed entrance slot that you have booked for. If you would like to attend another day or time, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.
Can I use my pre-booked ride ticket on a different day if I am not able to go on the ride during my visit?
No, all ride tickets and tokens must be used for the day they have been bought for.
How many tickets can I purchase for an Off-Peak session?
When purchasing Off-Peak tickets you can book up to a maximum of 10 entrance tickets. For other ticketing queries, please contact SEE Tickets via their customer service team
